How advertising works
An account, a profile review, and an advertising purchase serve different purposes. Completing one does not complete the others.
From registration to publication
Create your account
You must be at least 18. Choose the appropriate advertiser role and verify the email address you control.
Prepare your profile
Provide accurate information and only media you are entitled to use. Follow the account’s profile and verification instructions.
Complete the required review
Submit the requested material through the designated account flow. Do not send identity documents through ordinary support messages.
Review an advertising offer
Check the product, profile, duration, and total before paying. Advertising terms are prepaid and fixed; they do not renew automatically.
Check publication status
A profile is public only while all required publication conditions hold. A successful payment does not bypass moderation or account restrictions.
Know what you are buying
- An advertising entitlement is not an endorsement of the advertiser.
- Spotlight can allocate a slot or a queue place in the applicable pool. Immediate display is not promised.
- Placement does not promise traffic, enquiries, bookings, or income.
- Velvet Society is a directory. Advertisers remain responsible for their listings and conduct.
If a step needs attention
Read the status shown in your account before buying again. Use /dashboard/support when signed in, or /contact if you cannot sign in. Include the relevant profile or order reference without passwords, identity documents, or payment credentials.
